This is one of my favorite summer meals. With strawberries and Cutie oranges on sale, I couldn't resist, even though it doesn't quite feel like summer here yet.
Chicken and Strawberry Salad
chicken, marinated and cooked (equal parts soy sauce, lemon-lime soda, and olive oil)
spinach
strawberries
mandarin oranges
green onions
dressing (soy sauce, orange juice, garlic and a little sugar)
So good and so easy!
