He also celebrated by running through his new sprinkler in the backyard with the neighbor kids.
Other than last week when we were out of town, we've made it to Water World every week this summer.
Water World isn't Water World without snacks. That's half the fun for Brooke.
Brady's a little fish in the pool, and he's great at practicing what he's learned in swim lessons.
We didn't have big plans for the Fourth. We actually emptied and refilled our 55-gallon water barrels, something that's been on our to-do list for two years. While we worked outside, one of our sweet neighbors decorated our kids' bikes. Then she let them borrow some festive hats. I had to take pictures.
We watched our city's fireworks show with some friends. This is the first in four years that Brady hasn't had to plug his ears during the fireworks show. Brooke had a lot of fun watching, and Colin sat in amazement looking at all the fun colors in the sky.
